Stevenson & Moses Boxing For Life Corp (SMBFLC), a boxing gym designed to train amateur and professional boxers, announced today that it is launching Boxing For Beginners, a class that teaches boxing as a tool to create a life path for those interested in the sport.
The service will first become available October 22, 2022 to customers across Newark. The new class will improve critical thinking skills, self-discipline, focus, self-defense techniques, and confidence-building.
