PopUP CleanUP Adds U.S. Navy Veteran Karen Scott as Director of Human Resources

PopUP CleanUP, an African-American woman-owned event and commercial cleaning service, today announced the appointment of Karen Scott as Director of Human Resources. Scott, a former U.S. Naval Officer, will be responsible for hiring, overseeing personnel, and planning and coordinating the policies, activities, and staff for the company.

Previously, Scott spent over three years in the operations industry, most recently as Program Analyst at Commander Navy Region Southwest Fleet and Family Support Services, where she leveraged her 12 years of service as a U.S. Naval officer working in operations, recruiting, and information systems. In addition, she earned a master's degree from Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University.
