Old City Builders, a Charleston-based construction company specializing in historic renovations, proudly announced the completion of a transformative home renovation at 34 Percy Street in Downtown Charleston. Once facing demolition due to extensive disrepair, the historic home was saved thanks to the advocacy of the Preservation Society of Charleston and the vision of developer Cameron Glaws, who purchased the property in 2022 and led the project to completion.
This project reflects Old City Builders’ dedication to honoring and protecting Charleston’s historic architecture. The project not only saved a piece of the past but also revitalized a home that now stands as a testament to thoughtful craftsmanship and preservation.
