The facility itself sits on over 4 feet of concrete above the foundation, with six-inch concrete walls and an extremely secure and reinforced roof over 20 feet high. All owners have secured 24-hour access to their cars. Every member that has a car stored at Forza CCM has their own private locker, as well as access to other membership benefits.
