Congo Mello Moisture Leave-In Conditioner consists of water (aqua), Cetearyl alcohol, quaternium-91, polyquaternium 37, coconut oil, mongongo oil, glycerin, stearyl alcohol, cetrimonium chloride, panthenol, and polyquaternium 10.  Butyrospermum parkii (shea butter), hydrolyzed silk, hibiscus tea, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, prunus serotina (wild cherry) bark extract, quaternion-80, dimethicone PEG-7 isostearate, behentrimonium chloride, ylang ylang oil, clove oil, cinnamon leaf oil, fragrance (parfum), DMDM hydantoin, disodium EDTA, methylchloroisothiazolinone, and methylisothiazolinone are also used in the formulation of this product.
