Coming up from the North Side area of Chicago, musician Jon Spinner has been making a mark in the studios around Chicago and catching the ears of listeners globally. His recently announced new song "Peace Signs" will be released at the end of this month, accompanied with a full music video.
Spinner's musical style is an eclectic mix of blues, rock, hip-hop, and R&B, and he has already garnered thousands of followers on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
One may be surprised that Spinner, who is a former infantryman for the U.S. Army, writes and performs songs that promote peace, harmony, and friendship. In a brief interview, he commented, “My experience in the military showed me that, above all, the most important thing we can do in this world is love each other and be kind. Without this, there wouldn’t be anything worth fighting for in the first place.”
