Capital Reman Exchange, a company with more than combined 40 years of experience in the medium and heavy duty commercial engine industry, continues to invest in processing and equipment with purchase of a new EM103H Rottler Machining Center.
This new machining center will decrease lead times, maintain safety standards, and increase quality simultaneously. This machine can do the work of three machines without loading and unloading the block and avoiding unnecessary setup times.
“With an increased market demand, the fine lines between production time, staff safety, and quality had become increasingly obvious while trying to maintain lead times in tandem with demand,” said production manager Dennis Gordon.
The EM103H Machining Center is just the latest investment Capital Reman Exchange has made in equipment. Over the last year and a half, the company has acquired a new Rottler seat & guide machine, a new Rottler boring machine, new overhead cranes, and a new Rottler surfacing machine. With safety and quality being at the forefront the company has also seen significant growth in product demand.
