Calypso Grill and Smokehouse, an authentic Latin-American restaurant with an island theme, today announced they are launching new and exciting menu items that deliver the "Island Vibe" through unique recipes.

The new menu selections include:
• Chimichurri Shrimp Bowl – Wild caught shrimp sauteed with our house made chimichurri until tender and delicious. Topped with fresh island slaw and sliced avocado. Served over coconut rice.
• Mango Chicken Curry – Bright Caribbean mango curry made with mango, coconut milk, garlic, ginger, curry spices, bell peppers, lime zest, and lime juice. Served over coconut rice.
• Calypso Lunch Bowl – Coconut rice, sweet grilled plantains, fresh avocado, and fresh sweet corn topped with your choice of Black Beans, Mojo Pork, Jerk Pork, or Jerk Chicken.
